Trauma Resolution Therapist
Baptiste is dedicated to supporting individuals with evidence-based methods of self-inquiry and healing.
His lifelong interest in human nature led him to pursue a diverse education fostered by one-to-one mentorships and hands-on training, spanning several disciplines and continents. Baptiste has a particular interest in the intersection between the fields of psychology and dance, which has inspired the body-based practices at the core of his trauma-resolution modality.
Baptiste recognizes the profound impact of intergenerational trauma and the legacy of colonization, and his approach in both individual and group settings is heavily influenced by this awareness. In 2014, Baptiste began offering intensive 25-hour trauma therapy that evolved into the gentle, regular guidance he offers today both locally and online. This shift was motivated by the observation that subtle change is more effective and easily integrated.
Baptiste’s Vipassana meditation practice informs his ethics and understanding of the human condition since 2008.
