This rate applies if you meet your essential needs and maintain stable housing, manage monthly expenses without significant hardship, and have modest capacity for occasional non-essential purchases or experiences.

Access Rate (See prices below)
This rate applies if you are experiencing income instability, housing insecurity, or unemployment, rely primarily on social support systems or fixed income, or face genuine financial constraints in accessing care.
